I agree, not likely to be closed down, unless there is a lot more in the closet.
Question will be whether the extra pounds of flesh the bankers demand[and why would they do that? because they can.], precipitates a capital raising.
If you are buying, might be worth doing so in other entities, to maximise your opportunities if that happens.
Done this on a few things over the past year or so, reduced the pain a bit.
