In my experience when a company loses significant market share in an increasingly competitive environment, which I would imagine relies on a lot of relationship selling, its not a quick recovery.
That is NODs problem, it has lost a lot of expected orders to competitors for whatever reason and reducing their prices may be the only way out short term. That wont be great for their profitability however.
I cant see it going higher before it goes lower.
