seems to me you buy shares in a company ,but you need to understand they'll (the company) will do what they do in their own time.Theres a kind of...hey i've bought shares...this thing ought to be moving .... mentality out there. They don't think....holy sh**.... bill smith has bought shares...we better get our RS out there and dig a hole. I still think CUL will come thru ,gonna take some time tho.
