for the first time in quite awhile I found myself with enough time to visit my local TRS and observe.
The foot traffic has increased significantly - this has been notable over my last few visits. In addition all the visitors seemed to be buyers - their baskets included the commodity type items - soaps, toothpastes etc as well as confectionary, variety type products etc. Oh yes - I have purchased things there yesterday and today.
some of this may be attributable to the Xmas period but nonetheless I can't remember seeing it quite as busy this far out from Dec 25th.
Here's hoping the turn around continues and the business has the formula right!
