The Back in My Day, it was a proper game! has been the one constant untruth for all the sports that have ever existed.
Personally I think this last season the Rules changes were very good. The powers that be got rid of some of the looney crap they trialed the season before.
Okay, they may have also added a few new looney crap rules but these too will have a short lifespan.
The game is still my preferred footy spectacle and hopefully I’ll still be above ground to witness the Mighty Dockers secure their first GF.
