Chatting to my 13yo son after tonight's game:
Son: After a game you have to go to the members' bar. You can have a drink and a pie with the players.
Me: You have to be an SCG member for that.
Son: That's about a 10 year wait.
Me: Actually I looked into it...for you, not me. If you pay enough you can jump the queue. I expect that, in the future, you'll easily afford to do that if you wish. And you can take a friend (poke, poke).
Son: Dad, if I can afford it for me, I can afford it for you too.
I can bring two friends!
