Good Oil, I personally predict a run up on the plant commissioning. I don't suggest a review in a year, what for?. According to MHM annoucement, the coming landmark would be plant commisioning (looks like after new year) and SSC feasibility study by June 2011. It appearantly takes a year from plant purchase to commissioning, hoping no more delay from the council.
