Well there are two possible scenario's here : either the buyers are very naive and have done NO research because the s/price history indicates a stock in decline. Or this is being pumped with very little Dollar weight to have the SP look slightly respectable.
And as there has been NO announcements and such the small $ weight it cannot be insider trading on the knowledge of potential positive news.
