The report says "Energex & Comalco (in a combined bid) who are seeking upto 60PJ" and if this is credible then where else can they source such energy? Coal and completely and continually ignore Kyoto? CSMethane and have half of Qld covered in pipes? Timor which is out of the picture? Cheap PNG gas????

Surely Beattie can get this up for his "clever" state else NT will come into play .... they're screaming for gas I believe.
