Hi whiteyg, no I don't assign any value to these two plants at present. They are using technology that is used in only one plant overseas to produce a product never sold in Australia before. It might work, it might not.
The government has also recently given a grant to a third developer so whereas AMU at one time had no competition now it does.
(Though to the extent that a third plant helps get bio diesel up as an alternative fuel it is possibly a good thing)
In my opinion value of AMU going forward will be in its oil and gas exploration and devleopment business and less in bio diesel. Could be wrong. Have been before.
In any event it is not important what I think it is what the market thinks and at the moment it has out a pretty hefty valuation on AMU
