do your own sums on this one angus and tell me it's not worth an absolute $1.20 minimum based on all the normal criteria. Even with a grade of 2.2g/t it is a very viable mine. Don't forget the gold is from surface. The very profitable Paddington mine averaged 1.5g/t. All factors taken into consideration I calculate a net present valu of $US70-$100m.Say $AU100-$138m. Divide that by the shares on issueand see what you get.
However, obviously and unfortunately , the market is currently in hibernation for many resource stocks and a whole host can be listed such as aam;ald;sri;hcy;gry;crl;dgr;gun;mds;pdm;wsa;fxr; just to name a few. Lets hope this market shows some sign of life before we all go to sleep !
