Suddenly they own 52m of our company. Why ?
One of their major holders is JP Morgan, also suddenly one of ours...
Their specialty - plant construct / design / engineering. Highlighted by a JV company Mondium PTY LTD - recently struck (between Lycopodium and Monadelphous LTD) in order to service the Design/construct market within Australian and other select locations for the mineral resources market.
Their executive features personnel with strong metallurgy experience, perhaps friendly with our very own SM.
We need a plant constructed I guess - wonder why they wanted skin in the company.
