    You could be right there with your assumptions. Anyway I'm all for the sale of Lake carey. They should get around $4 million for it and if its all cash, it will raise their cash backing to 14 cents per share.

    This means that at todays AUG share price, you are actually buying Morobe for 3 cents per share or $4.8 million dollars. Todays share price ridiculously undervalues Morobe.

    A good rule of thumb is to use around $10 dollars per ounce gold as a total cost for exploration and proving reserves plus of course all the time and effort. This puts a low point value on the AUG share of the Morobe deposit of at least A$33 million or 20 cents per share because that is what it would cost a prospective buyer to find such a great deposit of gold. Pity its in PNG. If it were in WA, AUG would be at $1.20!!

    The patient investor here will reap very good returns no doubt about it.
