there are a series of old articles about Rancher and their CO2 extraction of oil from older production wells which is intersting reading. The interesting points was that they were located in the Powder River Basin area (same as Linc) and were purchasing the CO2 from other major companies in the area to make the extraction possible.

Seems like the pieces are all coming together....time will tell
