may see a rally in US and world markets due to interest rates being lowered on the 29th and flood of money pouring into the likes of Merrill Lynch and Citicorp etc start to take effect. Money is coming from gov., sov. funds and oil rich nations. Expected to reach trillions of dollars in a short time.
