Glad you had the privilege of meeting him. He was an extraordinary man. At the end it was all pretty sudden but his life had hung in the balance for many years. I can recall we looked after his infant son one Saturday while he fought for his life in an ICU. That occurred over thirty years ago. Time and again he would pull through. He always lived on the edge. Anyway my position on his identity has not changed. It's not something for me to decide. Regards,
