Not really at all. A typical response goes some thing like this -

Opening statement -
Global warming is caused by the emission of greenhouse gases . 70% of the totally emitted greenhouse gases is carbon dioxide (CO2),

- then trends the obvious - increasing CO2 output like it's a foregone conclusion.

CO2 concentrations measured at sea level are going to be MUCH HIGHER BECAUSE CO2 IS MORE DENSE. This is actually where CO2 is going to settle.

These are self fullfilling observations with no science.
