As was pointed out elsewhere the no of shares on offer for each company differs. In hypothetical BSM at 60c equates to approx 2c value/share of INL
Still think its not really a negative announcement.
Better that BSM share price allowed to do its thing independent of INL and then INL will (hopefully) reap the rewards of their investment.
All that aside we have a base metal PRODUCER valued (rightly or wrongly) at 15c/share.
