Turns out the article is mostly correct --
The only glaring lie in the article is the claim the lab is owned by Glaxo, but it does have strong ties to the Galveston National Laboratory in the United States, the Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie in France and the National Microbiology Laboratory in Canada. The institute has been an active research center for the study of coronavirus.
