You got my curiosity running so I decided to give them a call.
1. The order for Europe is in progress, and although no numbers were mentioned etc, I was told all is going to schedule. The total order was going to be over 3 months.
2. The sale of VGS involved a $600K downpayment with $1.5M based on future sales and $1.2M based on peformance and is to be settled at a future date.
3. When I asked about future funding I got a NO COMMENT. I would have a guess that you are correct and if this order is huge then they will be going to the market, ( purely guess work) but it may be worth holding on for an issue if you were looking to pick up more.
Sorry I couldn't get anything substantial but the guy I was speaking with is very careful what he says, as he should be i suppose.
