awaiting settlement this week According to the recent announcement. The company hopes that an agreement on the project- to develop a ruby mining industry- can be settled this week. So there is more info yet to come.
If Packer tries to buy these rubies through his company- CPH -doesn't that change the way the law looks at it? Packer isn't a fool, he has professionals looking after his interests.
