    re: awaiting settlement this week Sounds good to me..........this is the sort of stock/deal that requires good disclosure to keep the sp momentum going as those who hold/held TNY could attest. Hopefully they'll release the Chairman/MD's address as they haven't in the past. If not I guess the shareprice will tell us all we need to know.
