Hi Geospud, diversity of opinion and views of the impact of the spp is a good thing. In relation to dilution, my view is that the placement and spp at 28c is a strong positive for the company notwithstanding the impact of the dilution. The company will be financially able to progress all trials.
IMO NOT having secure funding would have been a much more vulnerable proposition for the company. The Springtree arrangement while meeting the former financial requirements of the company was a rod on the shareholders back in terms of the shareprice.
With the placement and spp nearly done and dusted the company can proceed confidently and professionally with its work regardless what happens in world markets. As always just my opinion on the subject.
