I wonder how it would work when it comes to take gene therapy to market - I imagine each gene therapy would need to go through a full set of trials, as it’s not like a drug that is tested for safety and then can be applied safely to multiple diseases… i would think that editing some genes could have collateral damage? Obviously I haven’t researched it one bit…
