Lets say the combo news is great!!
How long can we keep it secret before we have to announce to market? Or are we obligated to disclose to market in a timely manner?? Or are we allowed to negotiate in secret with others for a bit? Or does everyone just hide behind 'we are reviewing the results and we will advise the market in due course'
or do good leaders get it on the record and in the public domain and start an auction in public for interested parties!!
