we needed $37 mill to start we got $23 mill
We then needed $40 mill to complete the trial ( all the 48 mill oppies @48 c would have had to be exercised..
So tell me Sam .. Venture Capital … Nasdaq ?
We would have had to give away the farm.
Something CG would not do…
The new trail gives us a better chance of going it alone or in the 18 months getting finance/ partnership etc
