Capital raises... it flows like this for low MCs (like us)...
1. Get a good flow of good news.
2. In the background, the company's stock broker would be pumping up the stock with their connections into the stock.
This would lead to a nice increase in share price.
3. With the increase in share price, they would announce a trading halt to enable the instos/sophisticated investors to put in their cash at a solid discount / incentives.
4. Share trading halt would be released with the news of the CR was successful.
Maybe this is what they did with the last CR?? The failure was they couldn't get enough from the instos so they went to retail?? Which lead to the raise failing to achieve the target.
Problem with ANP is we don't have any action from anyone other than retail SHs.
Time for us to get a stock broker with a little more interest / experience?
