    Do we have to have an approved drug to start a Combo trial with ATL1102?
    At least in Europe I am not aware of an approved exon skipping drug and in the US it would take some time/too much ti e until tox study is cleared out...
    What is the situation with approved drugs in Australia? Could a combo arm be there?
    While I see the charm of having a combo arm in current trial I would delay even further in unnecessary ways... IMO
