And thats market emotion. Everyone thinks market caps are low. The are thinking the bottom must be close. But they are waiting for some confirmation. Once the price starts to rise there is a chance FOMO will kick in and drive it higher.
Normally results in an overshoot and a bit of a pull back as those in early take profit, and those late in dump so not to get caught holding too much red.
Lots of opportunity in the market at the moment if you have the right risk tolerance.
And thats market emotion. Everyone thinks market caps are low....
