If this treatment is helpful they are likely to remain on treatment from diagnosis. Say from 3 years to possibly 30 years of age or longer. A bit ĺike insulin for type1 Diabetes. Thats a very long time incurring significant income.
It looks like it works. Good safety profile in previous MS trials.
We just need to show it makes a difference. It may not need to show much improvement to be a successful treatment as there ain't much else for these kids.
