I appreciate your concern but my first share investment many moons ago now in the old country was a penny stock as I couldn't afford to buy any of the top 50 blue chips.
5 yrs later I bought a 2 bed unit for cash and i did not fund that from my salary......

given where house prices are headed I don't see my son being able to come up with a home deposit from a salary here either so I see no harm in him making an investment now at his age in a high risk, high reward opportunity. We are talking a very small sum of money in the scheme of things (with a capped target) ... and I am happy with him spending it on ANP than what most youngsters spend their cash on, and if we achieve commercial success then he may wind up owning a house before most of his mates.
