Yeah - definitely some big nuts if it's a pump. The actual dollar amount was small in relative terms. There is low liquidity. Doesn't take much to move the needle. Could be a soph or institutional level buyer who has a long term view and cannot be bothered with usual accumulation game and instead is happy to accept the average buy-in price. Still cheap if there is strong conviction on the end game speculative valuation(s).
