    I agree with all you say Dalts, but I would like to suggest that MS had a high dosage, it's the time frame that restricts it mostly.
    Individual doses were 200mg (of which the weekly dosage was 200x3=600mg pw for the first week, and then twice weekly for 7 weeks 200x2=400mg) but the FDA wants 9 months to sign off on it.
    This is why the tox study is so vital as it clears all hurdles for nearly all practical doses and lengths of use in virtually all disease treatments(platform).
    We have never shown any activity with JC virus or PML, but still, this is what we are going to have to prove, hopefully, that we don't stimulate the potentially lethal virus that can then cause the infection.
    VLA4 antagonists are flagged, maybe Natalizumab didn't help the situation for others, like us.
    Regardless, we have done high doses, now we just need the 9-month version and we should be off to the races.
