25mg may or may not be the sweet spot, other dosages haven't been tested yet so we don't know, what we do know is that 25mg appears to have a beneficial effect, so there is potential for a higher dose to have an improved effect, or, a broader effect, such as with more or less advanced stages, or for those heavier or lighter, or even male or female, not that the sex aspect will be currently tested.
The $5 discussion we had was a back-of-napkin calculation based on Europe and the SOI at the time and was done conservatively, leaning towards under-exaggeration, to be safe.
If you include other markets, USA, Asia, and others such as Russia obviously the numbers grow by magnitude.
And as you suggest other diseases and ailments other than DMD just expand everything greatly.
The MS market would also be, enormous.

I like to keep expectations low, and in check, and not to get too far in front of ourselves. We have to crawl before we walk and walk before we run. And crawling in this case is having a successful Ph2b trial result with marketing approval from the FDA. After that, we would burst from a crawl to a walk and before we knew it we would be off and running
But we have to crawl first. After that, it would be more appropriate to make more grandiose market expectations.
At the moment, all that is required is patience.
