I was solely referring to the 33% of any out licensing royalties ANP would have to pay to Ionis.

Why would ANp do a Licensing deal before that 33% expired in September of this year.

So I was referring to James saying a“Deal could happen next month” which may or may not have been in the process for quite some time.

Anthony did make his first trip overseas to see corporates just 1 month after joining ANP, ie approx 1 year ago. Generally any deal in the biotech sector takes 9 to 18 months so I was just suggesting we have entered into a time zone where it is feasible. I was not suggesting ANP take on more assets from Ionis.

And just for the record, i do expect a licensing deal before the trial results. And i would not be entirely surprised if there is a full takeover. We would not get $5 but I trust the management team to extract maximum value. A full takeover is not my base case but I think ANP shareholders should be ready for unexpected positive surprises.
