I wasn’t saying Instos hold the requisite voting power, just that they would likely back a quick money flip imo above say 50c a share (or maybe even less) as it would realise a significant quick return on their recent investment.

It would be interesting to see what the shareholder vote outcome would be if a hypothetical 67c offer per share was made tomorrow (instant 10 times overnight). I’m not sure everyone is a holdout for ultimate blue sky potential value.

JG’s option vesting over 5 years doesn’t favour a short term takeout as you point out. Thanks CG.
