It would need a much higher price first to get any kind of real value - very unlikely to get anything like a 100% premium in a takeover.
Hence you really don't want to even explore anything pre approval unless it's just about taking a low ball offer to mitigate risk.
Makes sense to me Arjay we need to raise the sp to see any sort of value
