if ANP has a patent for the method of use of ATL1102 then we are protected.

if we don’t, and someone else develops a method of use and patents that, they can do it and they are protected. Eg for an indication that we haven’t even thought of yet.

neither anp or anyone else needs to get any content, licensing etc from Ionis. ( subject to the expiration of anp agreement at end sept )

thanks to both of you for trying to clarify the position. There is a level of passion on the forum which is great to see ( we all want this to be successful ) but need to be able to debate the good, bad and ugly in a way that is not seen as an affront to the board, to management, each other etc.

if we are successful, we will have plenty of newcomers to ‘fight’ with on this thread in due course, let’s be civil amongst ourselves.
