The only part I’m in disagreement over is the last part about others registering methods of use patents outside of ANPs IP dossier.
If ANP was protected against all future uses of ATL1102 by third parties (others needing to licence to them), why would they still be writing ATL1102 methods of use patents and so careful as not to divulge anything prior to lodging them?
And we’re supposed to trust that you understood the entire...
