We own ATL1102 use in the above methods and are well protected by patent applications and also page 10 commercial exclusivity as we own our package of data generated in mouse, monkeys, and human trials, and the manufacture of ATL1102. https://www.antisense.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/AT-AR2023_web.pdf*If others do come up with new methods to treat other disease and lodge a method of use patent, they will come to us to exclusively license it to us thereby blocking others. Alternatively, they could need to buy access to our datapackage to save time to get into patient studies so we will benefit.
