Maybe they only just told him? Wouldn’t say much for his influence over their investment.
I suppose there is some wiggle room on a shared entity basis (R&KM), but shared super is normally attributed as a single holding I believe when they calculate percentage ownership (at least in the substantial shareholding announcements I’ve seen).
