Of course the point, as you point out, the reason for not developing, as with most things, revolved around money, or lack thereof.
The main point is that someone thought it wasn’t worth posting a piece of info at the time as, in his opinion, it didn’t benefit his “business”, ie pumping the SP/protecting the family investment.
