Wanted to bump this post that I came across again while re-evaluating how ATL1102 compares to CAP1002. One thing that has been on the back of my mind for the last 3 years ever since our IIA results came out is "what are the chances these results were due to placebo effect?" when we compare our results to natural history. Well this trial done by Capricor in nonambulant boys using PUL2.0 shows that there is no placebo effect in DMD.
