We should not expect the SP to move significantly until trading volume is back up to the millions daily and that will not happen until the HNWs (high net worths) return, and that will not happen until their advisors tell them ANP is within 3-6 months of announcing P2b trial results. HNWs are sophisticated investors who already have ANP on their radar because they understand and believe in the antisense technology. Their advisors will not be wasting their client’s time talking about a mouse study, a patent filing or the change in the company’s name to a horse.
The DMD trial momentum undoubtedly suffered a significant loss of momentum last year when the two people directly responsible for it both apparently rather abruptly left the company, however they were eventually replaced by Dr Andrew McKenzie. Was he at the AGM?McKensie must be flat out driving the CRO and keeping the Principal Investigators focussed and motivated, but I haven’t found anything about his activities or intentions. It would be good to hear a report from him as well as from JG.
