From memory they got the poster up before the courts.....Settled with a public apology and a comittment to shut his mouth......Or something to that effect.......It was about 3 or 4 yrs back......But the main issue is the expense and time for any supreme court dealings is something one doesn"t need........As for raising money I was pointing out that the value of the shares could have several implications on the running and financing of a company.......Being pulled into court by a public company is something best avoided........These posters should be aware that they are still responsible for their actions even if they do hide behind a nickname.........Some of these post were cast very negetive aspersions over the character of the directors......A few were very imlammatory....And was making the point that doing so under several nick names would leave them with their pants down.....
