0931 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: UBS cuts Australand (ALZ.AU) recommendation to Neutral from Buy and price target to A$1.89 from A$2.49 after a review of the real estate market in light of recent interest rate hikes. But raises EPS estimates for this FY and next FY, FY11 and FY12 by 5% to 18 cents, by 1% to 18 cents, by 2% to 19.1 cents and by 2% to 19.7 cents to reflect stronger forecast commercial and industrial earnings, partially offseting a slowdown in residential earnings and higher assumed debt costs. UBS' FY10 EPS forecasts remain unchanged at 18.5 cents. Last trade down a cent to A$1.80. (ABH)
