Frustrating is a word that HDR owns outright. all i can say is lets hope they do in fact fix them in october as suggested because it is to horrible to contemplate what will happen to the s/p if they delay remediation till q/1 07 because of lack of avaialabilty of equipment.

The problem with uganda delay is not whats been said its whats unsaid ? by not stating even a conservetive guess of OIP the market is doing the rervese of what happened with the CDU overstatement.
