We are sitting just below placement price atm ..... that is not unusual in any market in any sector when a big placement is done .
re tax review ..... the increase tax on highly profitable miners is an increase to 40%, Not an extra 40% . Big difference . ARM will benefit ..... and it is becoming ever clearer that the rock chip samples were spot on for sub surface and wide spread manganese .
