I think that the judge on this case is in fairy land. I worked in government and every word that Carpenter said would have been recorded, he was on official duty in London and any meeting that he had WOULD HAVE BEEN RECORDED.

By not requiring Carpenter to appear at the court or at the very lease required any records to be presented he is perverting the course of justice.

I would also go as far as saying that a matter of this significance would have been discussed at a cabinet meeting.

These guys have been taking to much notice of what Putin in Russia is getting away with.

I suppose that they got use to it when they were in charge of the unions. I have yet to have anything to do with any union that allows the members decide on what they want to do. I have been in plenty of unions that say that they are doing what the members want. Only a suttle difference but in practice a huge difference.
