yeah they just gave them money and forgave all debts, hahahaha ill have what your drinking buddy. They have 100% of the assets as collateral against there $7 mill or what ever debt facility plus a hefty percentage of any profits.
So yeah they owe them their shirts and they = you also as you are also a equity holder.
One could say that in actual fact the company as it has 200 mill in equity owes 200 mill to shareholders.
TO say there is no debt is just plain wrong.
